You will meet us at our Bank and our Bank will make you familiar to the Trust they have on us to succeed in our stated purpose.  Depending on the target funds we are seeking and the type of projects we are looking to fund we will state to you (after you have proven Identity, Background and POF) the Rate of Return to You and the Time Required to Achieve it as well as the Share of Equities for the Projects we are involved in per the Support and Requirement you are requested to provide.  You can come in with not more than 3 individuals as a Corporation to our Trust but we will only deal with the Signatory of your Company.

Protocols & Procedures

 1.  Client must deliver CIS, 10 Year Resume, and Current Banker full Contact information for Funds over $1,025,000.00+ USD, Corp Documents participating on Trade,  and $2,750.00 Application / Processing Fee.  We can Trade MTNs and other Instruments as long as you deliver full Contract information of Owner and also of their Banker to verify Account(s) - a Full Color Copy of Bloomberg Listing is Required.

2.  Upon Approval by my Bank at Wells Fargo for Identity and for Funds Ownership and History I will invite  you to arrive to Sacramento and make Open your Corp Accounts at Trust Bank Accounts

3.  Contract is provided for up to 18 months in Trade for first payout from 2 to 4 weeks. Rate of Trade, % will be provided at that time.  Trading Fee + Processing SPC + Irrevocable Trust = $9,500.00 at this time to be paid to our Trust.

4.  After first Payout, I will form a Trust for you and open a Bank Account at my Bank. 

5.  80/20% applies so 80% of funds goes to Projects (if you do not have any you are in luck I find them since I am a Developer/Commercial Realtor) and 20% for Administration Cost (the criteria will be provided)

6. Cooling Off Period is 90 Days then you can go to Trade again...remember the 80%/20% rule this is highly critical.  We become your advisor for all Projects at no less than 35% Equity & Cash Flow Share....

7 Commissions to Broker = 10% of what we charge typical is 3% to 7% of gross Trade.  Your Pay will be executed same time the Clients receives their funds and  you will be invited to open account in same Bank and wires will be direct to you.
